Personal Development Life Coaching

I utilize a combination of Integral, Narrative and Internal Family Systems coaching in my work. You bring the topic, concern or issue and following an extensive intake conversation, I offer a proposal of the beginning of a coaching program. From there we co-create practices, experiments and self-reflection exercises to ignite the fullest expression of your unique self. Change does not occur overnight, so engagements will last 3, 6 or 9 months depending on the need and depth of change that is desired. We can meet face-to-face, via video conferencing and/or email, with the frequency of contact that best supports your growth. My aim is to create a program that is challenging without being overwhelming, supportive without cultivating dependency. 

I offer individualized coaching programs, video conferencing and group workshops.


What if Psychology, Spirituality and Creativity had a party?  We would call it SoulCollage┬«!  Using your intuitive right brain, create cards from images that  speak to you or draw you in. No artistic talent is required. Additionally, one may utilize the support of facilitated small groups to consult your deck with questions or concerns. This is a beautiful way to explore your inner wisdom. Surprises are always in store!  I am available to facilitate SoulCollage┬« for your personal gatherings and retreats. One on one consulation is also available.

Walk Your Talk

Take your coaching session out on a hike!  During this time of physical distancing, the office has moved outdoors. Moving stimulates creativity and there is no better place to explore your goals and desires than our fabulous local trails. Walk Your Talk was previously a Meetup group, but has been redesigned to meet Covid 19 precautions. Schedule a 1:1 walking session with Beth to explore what coaching could do for you. This is especially helpful for people looking to increase their level of physical activity and expand their recreational options. 

The phrase "walk your talk" refers to a congruence between our values and our behavior. When we are not in sync with our highest purpose, we are not right with ourselves and this imbalance can be expressed in our body. Addictive, unhealthful habits can easily take hold. Let's meet on the trail!
